Busté pour un lien!

Pour ceux qui ne suivent pas Slashdot, vous serez peut-être surpris d'apprendre qu'un webmestre a récemment été condamné à 1 an de prison pour avoir "linké" vers des sites expliquant comment construire des bombes.

Notez bien: il n'a pas fait la promotion de ces actions, ni n'a publié directement ce matériel mais bel et bien seulement fait un "link" vers ce matériel. Notez aussi qu'il a été arrêté dans une manif à New York (demonstration against the World Economic Forum) en février 2002, et c'est ts là qu'ils l'ont vraiment "busté", même s'ils avaient fait une perquisition chez lui le mois passé.

Parmi ses conditions, Sherman a l'interdiction suivante, qui est tout à fait stupéfiante:

he cannot associate with any person or group that seeks to change the government in any way (be that environmental, social justice, political, economic, etc.)

Remember, fascism and a police state doesn't come all at once, it comes piece by piece. How far will we allow it go until we are all locked up in concentration camps. If we don't take matters into our own hands and do something about this now, then we are already prisoners of war.
